Training at CAPIOTEC
It becomes natural in our activity to be able to offer to our clients a global offer on lockout tagout (all energies LOTO training and electrical accreditation).
Once in the training field, it is extremely difficult to stop as this filed is so fascinating, enriching and source of creativity; which leads us to go even further.
Since then, we have expanded our training offer by offering technical training and training in connection with our activity: security (chemical hazard, ATEX directives…)
Our training sessions are carried out in our premises, at Meylan, close to Grenoble (inter-companies) or at the client premises (intra-companies), according to standard programs or custom ones. We favor intra training, because we think that it is easier to move one person than several, and that it helps reducing the environmental pollution. It also allows us to better understand the work environment of the trainees and to do practical exercises or case studies on installation that the trainees encounter on a daily basis.
We can also offer remote training with a quality of animation and a level of interactivity that matches what we usually do in person.

All the trainees are unanimous: the training fits their needs, there was learning through game which is also very liked, they could ask the questions that concerned them and get the answers they need as well as an assessment on very practical digital tablets. They really learned something out of these trainings and did not just go “because it was mandatory”, bravo!
