Writing of instructions of safety measures
The procedures of safety measures for equipment (or safety instructions according to the norm N FC 18-510) are here to allow your production or maintenance team to safely intervene on your equipment. They are here both as a guarantee of safety and of efficiency.
Because the writing of instructions or procedures of safety measures is tedious and time-consuming, especially at the level of the shaping, we have developed IT and digital tools which will allow you to write your instructions faster.
You do not want to invest in a tool or you do not have the necessary resources to write your instruction, we offer to do it for you.
Lockout Tagout instructions (LOTO Cards)
A Lockout Tagout instruction is a document which summarises in a concise and illustrated way all the necessary information to the person in charge of LOTO to correctly register an equipment.
Our documents include at least:
- A list of required protective equipment to carry out Lockout Tagout safely
- The list of required lockout equipment for operations
- The inventory of systems to be registered, specifying, for each of them: a description of the system with a photo to quickly identify the latter, the action to carry out, the appropriate lockout equipment, the verification to be carried out to ensure the absence of energy...
- The residual energy, if there is any.
