LOCKOUT TAGOUT BOOK

Lockout Tagout book allowing the issuance of LOTO certification to people carrying out work on a locked installation.
The book contains 25 LOTO certification, each made up of 3 carbonless sections (2 detachable sections and one which remains permanently in the book).
Part 1 is for the work manager
Part 2 is for display
Part 3 remains in the notebook
Each LOTO certification allows you to identify up to 5 switching devices

Instructions are on the back of the notebook.
The flap contains a reminder of the LOTO rules, and is used to avoid copying on carbonless counterfoils.
