LOTO BOOK INCLUDING 2 SIGNALISATION TAGS

LOTO book allowing the issuance of LOTO certification to people carrying out work on a locked installation.
The book contains a total of 25 LOTO vouchers. 1 voucher per job

Each LOTO slip contains two carbonless sheets.
• The first sheet, made of thick paper (~170g) is filled in by the LOTO manager then given to the work manager once the LOTO has been completed. It includes two detachable tags to allow the LOTO manager to report locked devices. The tags have a hole so they can be hung with the padlock used to lock the separation device in the field.
• The second sheet remains permanently in the book to ensure traceability of the lockout made.

The two sections are completed and signed by the LOTO manager and the work manager as the operations progress and make it possible to certify the LOTO, the start of the renovation, the end of the renovation, and the unlocking in order to ensure optimal monitoring of LOTO in progress

The book has a flap to avoid copying on carbonless counterfoils. The different stages of LOTO are recalled on the flap. The instructions are included in the back of the book.
