This book allows the issuance of LOTO certification to a work manager carry out powered off electrical operations on a installation locked by a work manager.
The LOTO certification allows you to confirm:
- the LOTO carried out by the work manager
- the start of renovations by the work manager
- the end of renovations by the work manager, thus authorising the unlocking by the LOTO manager

The book's size of 10 x 22 cm allows it to be easily stored in a side pocket of pants or a work jacket.

The book contains 25 LOTO certification. Each certification is made up of 2 parts.

The first sheet (completed by the LOTO manager) is detachable in order to be given to the work manager once the LOTO has been completed by way of LOTO certification. This sheet includes a detachable sign tag which will be placed by the LOTO manager on the switching device to signal the lockout in the field.
The 2nd sheet (carbonless copy) remains permanently in the book. It is filled in by the work manager on the book to certify the start of his work.
The end of the work is recorded by the work manager on sheet 1. The delivery of sheet 1 signed by the work manager to the LOTO manager authorises the unlocking of the installation
The instructions are included in the back of the book.
The back of the book has a flap to avoid copying information from one certification to another. The different steps of LOTO are recalled on the flap.
