SET OF 100 LOCKOUT TAGOUT SHEET

Reams of:
- 100 perforated and pre-cut sheet, detachable on repositionable stickers (printing in Red and Black)
- 100 duplicate sheets on carbonless copy (printed in Blue)
These sheets are generally addressed to industrial companies with complex machines or equipment for which LOTO can become a real headache (Chemistry, Steelworks, Paper mill, Continuous fire process, etc.)

Using a clever system of repositionable stickers, the LOTO sheet ® by CAPIOTEC equipment allow you to register:
- up to 5 switching devices
- to manage 4 different interventions, simultaneous or not.

Each sheet includes: LOTO small posters to be attached to the equipment, lockout and unlockout request forms, a unique numbering location to be defined by the user, a carbonless duplicate allowing full traceability, LOTO certification to be given to participants (usable) and key management tags for companies with single key padlocks

The sheets can be completed by hand or using GESCO© software or with a simple Excel file. They make it possible to avoid all the main pitfalls linked to co-activity and the restarting of installations following renovation.
